After evaluating the status of the campus and surrounding areas, it was determined that Frostburg State University will remain on a delayed opening from the beginning of the day shift today, Tues. Feb. 13, 2024, until 11 a.m. Classes and activities will resume at that time.

Mission

The mission of the Facilities Management Department is to provide the physical environment, utilities, and support services necessary to conduct teaching and service activities through the professional management of the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and operation of the buildings, grounds and infrastructure of the University.
